Superintendent Leadership Academy


The Superintendents’ Leadership Academy is an advanced study in the superintendency built around a professional learning community composed of Region 12 superintendents focused on leading schools for student achievement.

The Academy content is a mix of dialogue among experienced practitioners sharing ideas for real-time challenges, creating technology solutions to augment superintendent practice, studying and developing best practices, and participating in select field-based experiences. The experience maintains relevance because it is created by superintendents, for superintendents, and facilitated by ESC Region 12 staff.
